I was reminded, once again, why I like Direct Primary Care when last week I was able to contact Dr. Schock very quickly when I was suffering from a bladder infection. I had waited an extra day not wanting to "bother him" on a holiday weekend, but realized I just could not wait until the office was opened following the holiday. He quickly returned my call, and was able to call in an RX to get me on the road to healing. I didn't have to go through the red tape of answering services, etc. to get help, and I was especially glad when I did not have to go to the ER or Immediate Care, which is usually not at all immediate! Because of my age and health issues, I continue to carry traditional insurance as well, but feel the added expense really isn't an added expense, and am so thankful to have such a highly qualified doctor who can help me with most issues, and also help me get in to specialists if necessary. His gentle nature and unhurried manner is so reassuring. Thank you, Dr. Schock and Mulford Medical, DPC for such good care!
